Made up of 8 company heads, the board of directors is elected for a one-year term by all association members during the annual general meeting held in October. All active members who have paid their subscription fees are eligible to hold an administrative position.

The administrators are volunteers. The role of the board of directors is to define the association's annual strategy and finalize the plan of action which is then voted upon during the general meeting.

The board has an equal number of representatives from Lyon Game and from Lyon Infocité: 4 company directors represent the video-game sector and 4 company directors represent the digital industry.
